If we can’t read it, we’ll contact you to re-send a clearer copy.

Yes. You can complete checkout now and upload or send your prescription afterward. We’ll start processing once we receive and verify your RX.

If we don’t receive your prescription after multiple reminders, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund. If there’s no response by day 9, the order is canceled automatically. If you need more time, just reply to a reminder to keep your order on hold.

Upload a single multi-page PDF if possible. If you only have images, you can upload them separately in the form. Please keep pages in order and make sure all details are readable.
