Please include your order number in the email so our customer support team can easily search up the order and start the return process. 

Once the return process is started you will receive an email with a pre-paid return label, paid by us!
Note: Return labels are only complimentary for USA orders. International orders must be shipped back to our warehouse by the customer.

Use this return label to send the products (ONLY UNOPENED back to us).

Once we receive the return package we will initiate a full refund for your order. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of initiating the refund for it show up in your bank account. 

In all steps of the process an email confirmation will be sent to your email so you're updated on the process.
