Your first order of any PAP MD product is backed by our 100% no-questions-asked 60-day money-back guarantee! (60 days from the date the order was delivered to your address.) Try it risk-free โ even opened and used first orders qualify for a full refund.
How it works: each product you order gets its own 60-day guarantee on your very first order of that product. For example, the first time you order Mouth Tape, it's covered for 60 days. The first time you try a different product โ say Cleaning Sheets โ that first order is covered for its own 60 days. Same with any additional product, like a Bacteria Filter: your first order of it is covered too.
Please note: repeat orders of a product you've already purchased, including recurring subscription refills, are not refundable. The guarantee applies only to the first order of each individual product.
Note for international orders: shipping, duty and taxes are non-refundable.

Please include your order number in the email so our customer support team can easily search up the order and start the return process.
Once the return process is started you will receive an email with a pre-paid return label, paid by us!
Note: Return labels are only complimentary for USA orders. International orders must be shipped back to our warehouse by the customer.
Use this return label to send the products back to us.
Once we receive the return package we will initiate a full refund for your order. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of initiating the refund for it to show up in your bank account.
In all steps of the process an email confirmation will be sent to your email so you're updated on the process.
