I was skeptical initially, but I now have some data. I am a full bearded Santa and have used a BiPap for the past 12 years. I feel okay if I can get about 5 hours on the machine. I start using PAP MD mouth tape and another popular brand about 6 weeks ago. I tried each for a week before deciding that PAP MD worked best. After about the end of my third week, i placed another order for 7 more months. I have just completed my first week In April and I averaged 6 hours and 29 minutes these past 7 days. I had never had a month where I got more sleep than 5hours and 15 minutes. It took a while to be comfortable breathing through my nose and I was worried about my beard - but the tape stick just the right amount to work the way it is advertised. I still have some issues with air leakage on my full face mask - but that is not made any better or worse from the tape and, since I am sleeping longer and getting more benefit from the BiPap - all because of the mouth tape, I can live with some leakage. Iโm not about to shave my beard to resolve that. Thanks, PAP MD, for the product and the great price deals that got me started - it is working!
This tape makes sleeping with a cpap so much more comfortable....
I have been using the product now for a whole month and I am doing fine. Tape, so far, is not causing any problems. I have a lot of allergies so I have to be careful especially if I use it everyday/night for ever. Thank you.
I have been a mouth taping fan for several years. It is a trial and error pain trying to find the right tape for you.
This current tape that I purchased is the best to date because it stays put all night without ripping of skin.
I've been using Papmd for 18 months. This is my 3rd order. I sleep all night without waking up.
