These dissolving CPAP sheets are very easy to use and, though I've only used them once, seem to have done an excellent job of cleaning and keeping my hose(s) fresh. I used to use vinegar, or dishwashing soap and soak my hoses and masks for at least an hour - and then the hoses STILL mildewed in just a few days. So far, hoses washed in the pamd cleaning sheets have not had a similar problem and as long as they don't I will continue to use these sheets weekly and recommend them on this site.

Keeps me from snoring and I do not get dry mouth anymore
The PAP MD product is easy to use. You will need a container capable of containing
at least 4 gallons of warm water and someplace to dry the hose and head straps.
I have been using my filters now for about a week. I have stoped coughing and sleeping better.i didnโt realize the dust was making me cough. The cleaning wipes seam to be good also. Easy to use and I clean more often with them.
Have been using this tape for years. I am extremely pleased with the size and find it easy to remove and put back on if I drink water or take pills during the night. A definite aid to snoring relief.
Iโve been using the mouth tape for five days now. I was quite surprised how well it works. I have very sensitive lips and thought tape would irritate me. It doesnโt at all. The tape does pull a little coming off but not bad and leaves no mark or redness. I feel
like Iโm sleeping better now that I donโt mouth breathe.
So far the cleaning sheets are working great
As per the instructions, I let my CPAP soak for five minutes and they came out clean. I rinsed my mask and hose, let it dry and put it all back together. Nice, straight forward product at a good reasonable price! โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ ๐
