Pap MD helps with dry mouth. It's easy to apply and remove and does not fall off during the night.
Do they work? This was my question and I bought only six to try it out. After the first filter turning a dark color, I knew that I was breathing the nasty air. I purchased more filters since I change it every two weeks. To answer the question, Yes they do work!
The X tape is just what I needed. A chin strap didn’t work but these little Xs are perfect!
I started having dry mouth syndrome at age 80 and it caused dental problems. I tried PapMD and that solved the problem. I told my dentist who uses a CPAP machine and he loves them too.

I have been using my new CPAP filter for about two weeks now and so far the air seems to be fresher with no unpleasant odors that I would sometimes have coming through the hose before adding the filter. I appreciate that because I am very sensitive to odors.
I was sceptical when i purchased this but I find it easy to use.
These have helped my sleep. I love not waking up with a dry mouth. I sleep more soundly and my Cpap headgear used to bother me and now it does not. It took me several days to get used to the patches but now I recommend them to everyone. I can use the individual patches twice with no problem.
Works well. It would be better if you could use each patch two times more cost-effective for the consumer.

I can tell big difference,have had congestion which I thought were allergy related for about 1year after starting my cpap machine with new filters within 3days I could tell the difference also could not believe how much collection on filter that would have entered my lungs!
I have always been a mouth breather. These have been important for a great night’s sleep with no noise.
They have worked so well. I have better breathing and I am not waking up coughing.
This tape works great at keeping your mouth closed and avoiding mouth breathing! Allows your CPAP to do its job effectively! I highly recommend!
I was truly amazed at how fast my filter got dirty. I need to change my filter every week. When I see the dirt on the filter I am glad I purchased the bacteria filters. I know they are helping to clean the air I breathe in.
I am using these with my CAPA and it helps with my mouth not being so dry in the morning.
This mouth tape has really been an aid for me….I have terrible sinus problems, especially when I go to sleep. Now, using the tape at night, I’m actually sleeping
thru the night and waking up with clear sinuses..

I’ve tried about 4 different mouth tapes from other brands and PAPMD is by far the best of the bunch. The tape stays on throughout the night, even when I’m going through my facial hair phases, it provides full coverage and I never really notice I’m wearing it. With the other brands, each had at least one issue, but PAPMD checks all the boxes. It’ll be my go to mouth tape from here on out.
How do they do it? The tape stays in place all night. It peels off with minimal discomfort. It doesn't leave a mark. And it solved my 10 year mask leak. I wish the tape was reusable to cut down on expense. But it does the job. I am surprised and pleased.
