I don’t snore much but I ordered the mouth tape because I would wake up very tired no matter how many hours I slept. After the very first night using the mouth tape…..I woke the next morning feeling very rested!! I’m a believer!! I tell everyone about my results and highly recommend this product. Ladies…..get some for your snoring husbands and try it along with them!!
Sometime during the night it has always fallen off my mouth. Not worth it.
I followed instructions to the t and the strips did not work for me. I am still snoring and was hoping this would work.

this tape is wide and long thats covers the mouth area pretty good and stay in place all nigth.
I wear a CPAP nasal pillow - have for several years. Was waking during the night with my mouth so dry my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. Tried a chin strap but in addition to more straps over my head, it was rough against my face - like sand paper. I tried to line it with kleenex but that kept falling out. Using humidifier did not make a difference. Read where some people used mouth tape. So, thought I'd give it a try. It works great. I just have to remember to take my meds before putting the tape on. Thank you!
Although I’ve only used the tape for about 2 weeks, I have felt some change. It took a few nights to get used to having tape over my mouth. I did notice immediately that I got a better sleep result for my first few hours of sleep. The longer I’ve used it the better it seems to get. An encouraging start!
This tape changed everything when it comes to sleeping with your mouth open. Waking up with your mouth dry, sensitive gums. I would wake up all night with dry mouth. Since I’ve started using this tape, I literally sleep so much better! And as an added bonus ladies, if you apply your nightly skincare regime, allow it to soak in for around 15 minutes, then starting gently placing the tape. I close my lips but not pursed (try and leave them relaxed) and I start from the center of my lips and go outward with a gentle stretch of the tape as I go. When you’re done, your entire lips and the skin around them… all the way to where your nasolabial folds and marinette lines would be, are now tucked in for a great nights sleep! When you get up in the morning and gently remove the tape, your skin is as soft and supple as it was when you went to bed.. with no irration (and I’m a redhead so that’s saying something) No more skincare products ending up on your pillow and not your face!! I have been giving them to my girl friends just to try with their skincare. And they can through one to their husbands so they don’t have to listen to snoring! I love this sleep tape!! I strongly recommend ♥️
Intrigued by the whole mouth taping trend but also a CPAP user. The first few nights I used as is but found it unnerving as I tend to cough at night from GERD. Seeing other brands with a slit I decided to modify mine in the same fashion and find I like that better. Definitely works great to keep the mouth closed with CPAP.

Was not sure this would work but mixed with my cpap machine they work great together every so often I dream I am eating something to cause me to choke a little but 99.9% it works.
I wasn't sure if this would work as stated but they defiantly work. I have no problem with putting them on but with trimmed fingernails, it tacks so time getting them off. This has solved my problem with dry mouth every morning.
Very uncomfortable and annoying on my mouth! would like a refund since there is a 30 day warranty.
sometimes it works and sometimes i can't get it to stay, it comes loose.
The tape was coming off within 15 minutes of putting it on.
