They're super sticky but peel off easily and leave no residue. I apply a lip mask and pop in a xylitol tab to keep my mouth moist before applying, put on the CPAP mask, and settle down for the night. I sometimes forget I have the tape in place and leave it on even after removing the mask.
I was suffering from mouth tape, including standard PDMED, as it was ripping off layers of skin around my mouth. UNTIL, I found out about PDMED Bamboo mouth tape. It is exactly what I was looking for! I can now remove the tape without losing skin in the process. I love this product!!

Iโve used a lot of different tapes and this is the best that Iโve found. Itโs nice to wake up and not have a dry mouth.
I wasn't expecting much. But to my surprise after a few days I noticed I wasn't waking up congested. I think this filter really helps.
I have used their original mouth, the newer mouth tape and now the Bamboo version of their mouth tape and like it the best. It stays on good but comes off the easiest in the morning as it is for sensitive skin. It is my choice from now on!
